Talorion AI is a small, senior, hands-on AI consultancy based in the United Kingdom, working with people and businesses anywhere.
The practice exists because of a pattern we kept seeing: AI projects that looked brilliant in the pitch and the demo, then died on contact with the parts nobody scoped — a data source that turned out to be unavailable, an integration whose access was never going to be granted, a long tail of edge cases no prompt could paper over. The technology was rarely the problem. Honesty about constraints was.
At the same time, the way software gets built has changed. A senior engineer working with AI tooling can now design, build, test, and document what used to take a whole team, in a fraction of the time. That collapses the cost of custom software and automation to a point where individuals and small businesses — not just enterprises — can have tools built for exactly how they work.
Talorion AI sits at the meeting point of those two facts. We front-load the uncomfortable questions so you never spend on an idea the data cannot support, and when the answer is yes, we build it with AI-assisted engineering — at a cost that makes sense — without dropping the security, testing, and documentation standards we would demand of any system handling real people and real money. Then we hand it over properly and get out of the way.
